Mirajeaha: Psychiatrists in Vancouver Could somebody please recommend a not too expensive psychiatrist in Vancouver? Or therapy or anything related? Please do not make comments on the -not too expensive- part, Im seriously trying not to end it all and Im crying for help right now. And money is a problem. Thanks.
Proudownerofaseyko: https://crisiscentre.bc.ca/ Please call here for help. The volunteers are trained to help you find the resources you need. 1-800-784-2433 And yes, go to any nearby hospital for help, they can refer you to the right department.
Sjrx: If you are in crisis and/or trying not to end it all you should call [1-800-784-2433 (Crisis Centre)](https://crisiscentre.bc.ca/are-you-feeling-suicidal/) . You can also go to a hospital right now or call 911. They should all be able to give you immediate attention and or provide you with next steps.

Recommendation for Maple Ridge / Pitt Meadows Community Services on Facebook

Sally B.: Hi everyone. I have a friend who is currently going through a difficult separation. She has 6 children and her husband is refusing to give her financial help for them and has removed money from their account. Can anyone recommend a family lawyer that would be able to give her some advice on which direction to take, and who has very cheap rates as she is really struggling financially?
Susanne L.: Maple ridge community services (behind London drugs) they have lots of resources of where to get advice. 604-467-6911.

Tunafish321: Looking for a cheapish?? Therapist/someone to talk to I have never done this before, and never needed this help before but I'm lying in bed tonight and I feel I need to talk to someone. I'm not depressed I don't think. I'm lonely, and confused and so many emotions. Anyway does anyone know a cheaper therapist I could just talk to? I don't earn a whole lot of money but I have been feeling like the for a few months now and would like to see if chatting to a therapist helps. Thanks!

Marguerite M.: I need advice, I know a person that is completely mistreating there dog...beating there dog..not feeding it.. what do I do.. who do I call...
Ron P.: If you wish to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Stoppers about any crime, including pet abuse. 1-800-222-8477, or you can submit a tip anonymously online at www.hc-cs.ca, the tip submit is at the bottom of the home page. If your tip leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2000.00. FYI - Crime Stoppers is not a police program, it is a registered charity that is run by volunteers that partners with the police, the media and the community to help solve crime in our neighborhood. I hope this helps.
Ron P.: Any crime, whether it's animal abuse, human trafficking or even traffic violations. If you have any information about a crime, regardless of how unimportant it may seem, it may be the key information that could help solve a case. Crime Stoppers takes the information and relays it to the proper authorities, whether it's the OPP, the RCMP, or as I would assume in this case, including the OSPCA.

Vanda D.: We are sad to say there is a lot of educating that needs to be done in the area of animal care. For over a week now we have had trap cages out trying to find kittens and cats that were dumped on the dump road. We debated putting this information out but without the public involvement we fear this person may not be caught. Someone, somewhere in this area must know if a neighbour had 8-9 cats and kittens and then instantly last Friday had none. Everyone in the general public has a responsibility to help animals that are in distress or if you know of a situation that appears abusive. This needs to be reported to the RCMP or even crimestoppers. It is so very sad that our society is still failing miserably in care and protection of our animals. If you know of any information on this situation, please call the police. Thank you
