I am trying to locate them as well. Is a bit concerning. They were really nice to deal with. I really miss them with the great service they gave.

We bought a central vacuum few years ago. Immediately had a few problems. They were so deal with it but eventually did. Then soon after, we had another broken piece that was to be replaced under warranty. Have left 20+ messages, been promised it would be dropped off, left more messages and we hear nothing. They took he broken floor head they said they needed in order to replace it, we have nothing back. It’s been 20 months. I send texts, leave messages and nothing happens. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
