Mardi G.: Did you know that CIBC has the most complex and difficult mortgages to get out of in ALL OF CANADA? After speaking to a lawyer this weekend I am not sure if our mortgage is actually being reviewed or if they are just trying to make me feel good? We will find out Jan 3rd. Anyway it is not uncommon for CIBC to have penalties of $50,000 Find yourself a Broker if you are looking for a Mortgage, Refinance or even just have some questions!
