Jackie G.: I'm looking for a personal trainer for my husband. He has a bad hip, bad back and a heart condition and has been advised to loose about 40lbs. We don't even know where to start. We'd prefer a male trainer (no offense ladies, he's just more comfortable with a man) who can take him to the gym and set him up with a routine that will get him started. Monthly meets to track his progress and tweak his routine. Anyone know where I should look?
