Personal attacks, derogatory language, and denigration of someone else's profession is uncalled for and unprofessional. All for just voicing my disappointment that your new location was inconvenient for us to order from you as much as we did before. For a time we were ordering once a week. I have always said their pizza was one the best in Chilliwack but unfortunately, the owners behavior and his inability to handle criticism has lost him this loyal customer.
