Jason helped us sell our home after we tried selling with another agent. We actually met with Jason first but price was better from the agent we initially hired, Jason told us our house would not sell at that price and if listed at that price you'll eventually need to sell cheaper. We didn't understand that concept but if we could tell you it went exactly how Jason said it would , would be an understatement. We would recommend Jason to everyone looking to buy or sell !!

Wendy P.: Most Realtors have cell phones and so I find it odd that she is not responding. If you have been trying to reach her for just one day, she could have a personal reason for not being able to answer you. Call her office tomorrow and ask to speak to the Broker/Owner. That should take care of it. If not, then contact the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board 604-792-0912 and ask to speak with Steve Lerigny, the CEO. He will be able to help! If your listing has expired you have no obligation to show your home! Is she just sending a Realtor with buyers without making an appointment with you first? If so, not cool.
