White Rock Elks Social Club & Events Venue in the Heart of White Rock City by the Sea. Space for weddings, corporate meeting, parties and more. White Rock Elks is a Charity dedicated to creating quality of life for children with hearing and speech disabilities by funding medical procedures and equipment. The Elks Club also supports White Rock and South Surrey youth organizations with scholarships and internships as well as non-profit organizations with donations and cooperative initiatives.
