we brought an expensive winter work coat as well as a jacket in to have zippers replaced. Debbie puTD on a pleasant facade, but after trying to get our coats back for 2 years, we finally got the jacket back (I literally had to search her entire shop for it because she couldn't find it). Our expensive winter work coat has been lost ... she presumes in a box on a shelf high up. I have been in to get it every week for over 2 months and she still hasn't "gotten around" to getting it down. She says, "you just have to wait". I'm wondering how many more months or years?? this is the worst "service" I have ever personally encountered and can not believe she's still in business. I understand she's busy, but there has been zero effort and even less accountability. Not even a sign of remorse or care. We've been patient beyond reason. All she says is, "I have your number", and "you just have to wait". I doubt she'll offer to compensate us the $250-$300 it will cost to replace the coat. She is absolutely asking for a lawsuit from someone.

Took 8 tops and 1 pair of capris to be hemmed. Took they would be ready in 4 days. Went in on the 5th not ready. Was told tomorrow gave her 2 days. Not even started. This went on for 3 weeks and 7times stopping to get my articles. Finally got the tops but the capris not ready. Keep being told they are at her home. Today was my 9th stop after been told constantly " tomorrow for sure" I told her they better be here. Guess what ...she is not even open today. Do not...I repeat do not use this service. I have a feeling she has lost my capris.

I NEED A SEAMSTRESS ASAP! a quick alteration on some pants, I have the extra fabric etc. all I NEED is a seamstress, local in chilliwack, people get at me please, I need help!
