Normally I would just walk away, but they pushed my button. For almost a year i have been going there every 5 weeks. At first, they almost skinned her. They said she was too matted. I comb my 27lb Mini Aussiedoodle daily. They didn't make any suggestions but i figured that maybe 6 weeks is too long so we changed it to 5 weeks. She has curly hair and Matts easily if we aren't on top of it. So, on March 18th she goes in and they told me that they have a new shop a couple of doors down. They will be moving May 1. We make another appointment for the 24th of April. I get Nelly home and i notice she smells like dog and she still has quite a bit of hair in between her toes. I bought some shampoo off them a while back because we really liked the way she smells. Not this time. I questioned them on it and kind of got "we did it all the same way". That’s all i got. So tomorrow she is supposed to go in at 9. Guess what? At 12:22 today i get a text, we want to move your appointment to next Tuesday in the new storefront. No explanation, no nothing. That would be 6 weeks and i know what she'll look like when she comes out. Skinned, because they won't de-knot her. I am already having problems. So, their website says 48hrs. for cancellation. They gave me less than 24. Like you knew last month you were moving, when you made my appointment. You waited till today to move my appointment? I pay them 130 bucks every time. So i told them i was pissed off. I cancelled my appointment because i can't afford to wait 6 week and have my dog skinned, and here's their response. "Hi Claudius no problem. I think that it is for the best we are not a great fit for each other." What kind of comment is that? In other words, we will take your money and we will decide if we keep the appointment we made for your dog and we won't give you a reason. If you have any complaints, we will just tell you, you don't fit in.

Looking for a new dog groomer for my shitzu. She's getting older and needs a little more tlc than my existing groomer. Thank u

Is there a groomer that is good with big dogs and does home visits for nail trims? My guy's a big baby every time we get his nails done and I think he'd do better at home.
