Replying to nicos review below. A. Once the product has been delivered to the island which is an entirely separate person we do not have control over that. They are a separate person ordering. You contacting the delivery person is on you. We only sell product to them. B. Our Facebook has never had reviews.

Had an extremely poor experience with b&t raw foods. My order went missing for 3 weeks, despite me having sent 155.15 for 42lbs of raw duck. Connie never reached out unless I had emailed her multiple times. I tried to be patient but never got updates from them, despite them having my money. Third week rolls around, and their courtenay delivery driver calls the wrong number. My number is "651" easily mistaken with "650" They responded by telling me I had to pickup in a town 45 minutes away, and did NOT refund me the delivery fee, despite being given my phone records for proof. Extremely unprofessional business. I do not recommend. They remove ratings off their facebook which is immensely shady.
