I recently visited Ahmad Barber Shop for a haircut, and I left feeling very unhappy with both the result and the overall experience. I clearly explained the style I wanted, but the barber did not follow my request, and the haircut turned out completely different from what I asked for. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff — they were not friendly, patient, or respectful. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially after the haircut, when I was already disappointed with the result. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and their professionalism. A good haircut should come with good manners, care, and respect for customers.
