Company Description

Ever since I was a little girl I’ve LOVED managing numbers and paper. I remember being about eight years old and sitting at a little desk in my mom’s office, and “filing” notes and taking phone messages for the Queen! Yes I had a big imagination – which now comes in handy as the mom of two wonderful boys.

I’ve taken this love of numbers and successfully completed the Bookkeeping for Small Business certificate with a 4.0 GPA at University of the Fraser Valley.

Since I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors and enjoy the challenge of using power tools, I thought what better way to combine love of outdoor activities and my passion for numbers than to offer bookkeeping to the construction industry.

I know many small construction companies struggle to keep their books balanced, and feel overwhelmed with organizing their finances. That’s where I come in. I will help you set up a simple system, and then do all your bookkeeping for you. I’ll even pick up and drop off your work! And YES I do have steel-toed boots – hence the name of my business “Your Steel Toed Bookkeeper”.
