Amber W.: Hey guys I'm looking for any sort of reputable massage practitioner RMT or SPA THERAPIST that is knowledgeable and trained in MLD(manual lymph drainage) I had emergency surgery on my ankle 2 weeks ago this Saturday and the swelling is outrageous, I'm elevating it but the minute I stand up it turns into a memory foam pillow....
Taylore S.: Try renting. Cryo machine with an ankle cuff. Cold pulsating water....used one after knee replacement. Your foot needs to be higher than your heart to do any good.
