Amanda M.: I live in Greendale and it's very windy; we have a bedroom window that faces west and it takes a battering from the wind and rain. Last year as a result, my son's window leaked like a sieve during heavy rain. We sealed above it and put a block of wood above the window as a shield, and it helped, but we need it fixed properly. Not sure who to call, but need it fixed ASAP. Any advice? Thank you
