Needing a plumber is never fun but Jeff, Toby and Willi were very confident, knowledgeable, and communicative, which helped to reduce my stress. My issue was further complicated by our massive snowfall and frozen ground. They put on their thinking caps and came up with plan B. Their pricing and professionalism are top level and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jeff was great! He came same day I called and fixed my leaky bath tap as well as cleaning up and re doing silicone around tub and shower. He answered all my questions and was a true professional . My bathroom looks new after the work he did.

Anthony was fantastic! He came our right away and explained everything that needed to be done with our Mother's old toilet (which was cracked and attached to old cast iron pipes). He had to go get new parts (because her toilet was so very old), but he returned right away. He cleaned up everything at the end and took away the old toilet. An added bonus - he is super friendly and has a great sense of humour!

Toby and his team were on time and on budget. The work performed was tidy and organized. They were very good at showing and explaining the scope of work required, and pricing on supplies was competitive. When the work was done, the site was cleaned up, and restored as close as possible to original condition. We had them do some additional work while they replaced our main water supply line, they were very pleasant to deal with. Would strongly recommend them, pricing and quality of work were much better than other's we've tried.
