The hatchery office doesn't answer there calls , voice messages or emails.
And the person incharge of handling the office at the hatchery (Oliver) is not clear on communication with payment methods. He even sent me to the wrong location off site to pay. In a one hour period of time I was in 3 builds five times due to miss information.
And all I was doing was buying baby chicks.
I have been buying birds from here for years and I have never had such a bad experience with staff befor. He couldn't even be bothered to apologize for his mistakes.
