We are 100% based in North America, with our products designed, manufactured, and built in British Columbia. Because our design and manufacturing facility are combined and local, we can quickly incorporate custom features into our products, and prototype custom requests very quickly.

Gordon Parr, the founder of Selective Security Services and Abbotsford CNC has been in the locksmith industry for over 50 years. He previously founded Intralock Tools Ltd., one of the original companies to provide computer controlled key cutting equipment and other computerized locksmithing tools. In the course of his experience in the business, he became aware of a need for a higher quality commercial lock box and cylindrical key vault. After researching he found that with his CNC machine shop he could develop and produce such a product in North America for a competitive price.

Geoff Reddekopp later joined with Gordon, having achieved 15 years experience designing products for manufacture, as well as hands-on customer service and product servicing experience. Together Gordon and Geoff have pooled their creativity and energy to continually improve existing products, and create new innovative designs for those concerned about security.

Our products are constructed of solid steel and have a superior locking mechanism, with models for both mortise and cam locks. Our unique style of lock boxes are being used by fire departments, telecommunication companies, universities and other users. We also have a line of High Security Door Guards. Selective Security Services products are available through security supply distributors in both Canada and the United States.
