Calling all seamstresses! Anyone know where someone can get alterations done quick? There's a bride getting married in 4 weeks who is 5' and still looking for a dress she likes but also worried about where she can get alterations so quick! :)

Anybody know a seamstress in the neighbourhood? I have a broken elastic in one of the sleeves of a three quarter blouse that I need to wear to a wedding on the 8th.
