Need help to find a good vet in Chilliwack pls.
Kimmy K.: Dr Ross at Vedder Mountain... Not only does my dog love going there but Dr Ross is simply wonderful ... For example, when my dog was just a pup he had an reaction to a vaccine which caused a plum sized lump to develop between his shoulders@injection site so we had to have the lump removed and sent off for biopsy etc and much to our concern the costs kept adding up and at a time when we were quite cash poor, however when it came time to pay the bill I suspected that we were being given a welcome financial break out of the kindness of their hearts ... Then two months later something amazing happened when we received an unexpected cheque in the mail from the vaccine manufacture for reimbursement of all costs incurred including two elective procedures that we decided to have done at the same time (neuter & over sized dew claws removed) and along with the cheque there was a copy of the back and forth emails between Dr Ross and the vaccine company as she went to battle on our behalf. It was a most unexpected and wonderful surprise which has won me over as an lifetime customer ... smile emoticon http://www.veddermountainvetclinic.com/pages/about-us.aspx
