As some of you know my mom recently fell and broke her hip while traveling. It required surgery and she's back home now thankfully. Her doctor is recommending physiotherapy. Does anyone know of one that's good and in Chilliwack? Not sure who to call. I've got a referral from her doctor but I'm pretty sure I just bring it to the physiotherapist of our choice.

I'm looking for a personal trainer for my husband. He has a bad hip, bad back and a heart condition and has been advised to loose about 40lbs. We don't even know where to start. We'd prefer a male trainer (no offense ladies, he's just more comfortable with a man) who can take him to the gym and set him up with a routine that will get him started. Monthly meets to track his progress and tweak his routine. Anyone know where I should look?
