My father, through interflora, had a basket of flowers sent to me from Sally's. By day 3 the roses were dead and by day 6 the basket was dead bar 2 small chrysanthemums. I contacted them on day three, and was told to send a picture, then told to put all wilted flowers in warm water overnight.
Question, how do I submerge a whole basket in a sink of water and keep it warm overnight. Of note, there was no information regarding care of the flowers or that you had only two days to contact them if not happy with the flowers.
Their business name and contact info was printed on a piece of paper and cut out and the message was printed off the computer and added to their name, not even a gift card.
I called after the long weekend and was advised that I had let the foam dry out - it was soaking, and the room was too hot, it was 19' , and that their policy is no refunds after two days!!!
The basket ordered was well over $125 and was shown on their website to be a lovely wicker basket, I received a small bouquet in a cheap dollar store easter basket. When they finally and reluctantly offered me a substitute they advised that they would send a plant instead and to chose inside or outside, I chose outside and asked that it be near to the value of the original flowers, they refused.
My replacement???? A cheap hanging basket filled with 5 viola plants that a day later have started to wilt. They weren't even concerned enough to take the full price tag off the basket that was obviously purchased elsewhere, wholesale nursery probably. Devan's was selling them for $19.99.
Stay well aware from this florist, the flowers are tragic, the service is non-existent and their prices are exorbitant. Go to any place but Sally's
I'd give negative stars if I could - stay away
