So grateful hospital was open on long weekend, had emergency with pet bird that got string wrapped tightly around leg and foot was swollen & it was cutting off circulation, thankfully staff assisted me right away to resolve the issue

Brought in my pet guinea pig for an exam and nail trim, as I was concerned she wasn't eating properly. Dr checked her teeth and said they were a bit overgrown, & made recommendations. Thanks!

I cannot say enough about Dr Vishesh Jalan and all the staff at Clearbrook Animal Hospital. This is the second time I have needed to contact them. In both cases, I sent an email explaining my concerns with my dog. It was early in the morning, I was expecting a call later today. But they called right away and said to take her in now. They explained everything that was happening, and told me what to do (they answer all your questions and ensure you understand everything). Everyone is truly amazing, the care, compassion, concern your pet receives is phenomenal! You and your pet will feel better. Thank you so much!! Sincerely Joanne

We were customers for many years, buying everything from our dog food for two dogs to getting their teeth cleaned at 2k per session. They raised the dog food over 20% at one pop. I checked with Pet Smart which is $ 126.99 per bag, when All About Pets is charging $ 171.69 for the same bag. I know that they need to make money but gouging I wont put up with. We then told them that we were changing vets, for which office manager Christie sent me an email two days later today saying our dogs are no longer welcome there. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE CROOKS, THEY APPEAR NICE, BUT APPEARENCES CAN BE DECEIVING.

Highly recommend this clinic for every pet owner. Doc. Rava and all staff are very professional and friendly. Easy to make an appointment for convenient time. They helped us to care for our cat very much! Our cat is doing well now. We love to meet their cat Beamer every visit to the office. he is so sweet! Thank you!

Terrible service and only cared about up selling for extra tests and not professional at all. Cut our pups toe nails and he was bleeding badly and bandaged up and now won't let anyone clip his nails, (he had other services which cost over $800) This location in Abbotsford only cares about lining their pockets and not caring or compassionate about your pet. Zero stars

We took our pup to see the vet about 3 months to have him neutered, a check up and shots. The vet insisted we have an allergy test done and she would call us with the results, up until today we are still waiting for the results. They also clipped our pups toe nails and cut him very badly (he was bleeding and bandaged) and now does not let anyone near his nails or feet, we are extremely disappointed and would never refer anyone to these money grabbing individuals, who do not care about the pet, only about the payment!!!! When we called for the results there was no apology just a bunch of excuses - do not trust them with your pet. Below one star, I would rate them in the negative.

VERY unprofessional, clinic, not sure if there is even a real vet there! My dog was in pain from an ear infection. They checked his ears, without even using a light, shoved a thermometer up his butt and listened to his heart... AND wanted me to approve $620 of procedures! I said NO THANK YOU! Left with useless oral antibiotics and a $265 bill!! Do not give them your money!!! Took my dog to a REAL vet today and they said they NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone! Be warned! I would rate this clinic ZERO!!
