Vi-La Palace Vietnamese Restaurant was founded in 1997 by Ken Tran and Joy Nguyen. Their decision to name the restaurant "Vi-La" originated from the fact that Ken was from Vietnam and that Joy was from Laos. Since 1997,
Vi-La Palace has been blooming with buisness and loyal customers.
