Extremely unprofessional, hostile, and micromanaged environment. The operator attempts to police customers' laundry loads, aggressively demanding that small amounts of clothing be divided into unnecessary extra machines to inflate costs at $6.00 a wash. When dealing with heavily soiled professional cleaning garments, she actively refused to let me use two detergent pods, resorting to an aggressive "my place, my rules" stance rather than accommodating a paying customer. To make matters worse, she openly gossips and complains about patrons to local acquaintances who pull up and park illegally in the no-parking zones right out front. A kind gentleman who was also a customer helped me haul my heavy baskets out the door and explicitly advised me to take my business to Hope instead because the environment there is vastly superior. Her inflated reputation in town is a complete façade. Bypassing this establishment entirely will save you money, time, and unnecessary friction.

This is the cleanest laundramat that I have every used! And they had an extra-large washer and dryer which accomodated our extra-large dog bed. I highly recommend this business
