PULSE offers Recreational, Competitive Dance and Theatre programs that help develop each student’s creative expression and confidence. Whatever style or skill level you enter PULSE with-from experienced contemporary performer to uncertain beginner, from aspiring professional to promising triple threat-PULSE dance centre has a program to help you achieve your goal.

PULSE has a full time and part time competitive program that is geared towards providing our students with success on stage and in life.

Our full time program is designed to challenge those students serious about performing. This program is very well rounded with a strong focus on Ballet, and Conditioning. Dancers in this program receive guest choreography in such disciplines as Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Musical Theatre from incredible choreographers throughout North America. The goal of this program is to prepare the dancers for a career in the Performing Arts, however it provides them with life skills such as self-discipline, self-expression, time management that help them move forward positively into any life path they chose.


Our part time program has the same excellent instruction and goals but is for those dancers who love the competition life but uncertain about a full time commitment. This program provides any dancer of any age or ability the chance to compete at fewer hours per week and less competitions to attend.

PULSE has a recreational program that is multi faceted. Designed for all disciplines and is an outlet for students to explore their creativity, musicality, rhythm, and many other physical skills without the pressure of competition. Students still put on first-rate performances at the end of each dance season and often go on to progress through various levels of the program, even into competitive classes.

PULSE Productions is our Musical Theatre division. At PULSE we strongly believe that acting is a life skill that develops creativity, collaboration and communication. These are vital skills for today’s classrooms and tomorrow’s working adults. Our program provides fun-filled and meaningful theatrical experiences while producing full-scale musicals, which include singing, acting, and dancing from ages five to eighteen.
PULSE dance centre welcomes students from ages two through adult offering every style of dance and theatre in one place including unique classes such as tumbling for dancers, all boys musical theatre and hip hop!
