Our family has used J&J for chimney cleaning at our cabin for many years. We were very pleased with the recent chimney & wood stove cleaning that Levi did for us. He was on time, friendly and thorough. We will continue to call J&J for cleaning and WETT inspections.

Would highly recommend Direct Heat. We replaced our furnace and HWT and had A/C installed. Found their prices to be comparable to others, even a little less. Their installers, John, Travis, Ken and Jake were outstanding. Cleaned up everything each day, polite. Enjoyed having them in my home. Kelly in the office was a joy to deal with. I would give them all 5 stars.

The service that we received from Direct Heat was very good, we appreciate it, the gentleman took some extra time for full work at a problem that we had with our controls. So I would rate them 4.5. Thank you.
