Looking for a massage therapist. I have had a migraine for a week and a half and it's now effecting my eyes and I need to keep working. There are certain muscles in my neck and back that are tight. No extended insurance so hoping to find someone reasonable. Thanks in advance.

I am looking for a recommendation for a top notch chiropractor and a massage therapist. I have some but they are way out in coquitlam so I am looking for someone closer to home in maple ridge. Who do you suggest?
I have some nerve and potential spinal cord damage so I need someone who can work with my neurologist and doctor as needed.
